Do not let them get away with illegal charges

Flight booking made and instant confirmation with confirmation number received but no tickets ever sent to email address. After emails and calling, I was told I don't have a booking. In this case, I would need to rebook which cost me and extra amount. I complained as I had taken a screenshot of my confirmation which showed that my credit card had been accepted and the booking had been completed. I was given a discount voucher for the difference because of their system error. Since then, I have tried to use the voucher on several occasions to make other flight bookings as I was told I could only use it for flights and no other services. I was always unsuccessful. The voucher was never accepted and I complained about this. Two days ago, I was finally successful in using the voucher and my confirmation, which I took a screenshot of, took the voucher into consideration and stated the reduced amount for the ticket. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE FULL AMOUNT. THIS IS ILLEGAL. I AGREED TO PAY THE AMOUNT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE VOUCHER, AS STATED ON MY CONFIRMATION INVOICE. They now tell me my voucher was not accepted and they full ticket amount stands. I just expect to pay what my invoice says. Is that so difficult to understand. I will not give up on my rights.
