I was a member of Paw Points for years. After purchasing boxes of cat litter, I would enter the codes and gain rewards points. In December of 2019, I purchased a coupon for $3.00 off a box of cat litter. The coupons are digital and they sent me a link to print a coupon. When I tried to print it, a screen came up and said my limit was reached, but I hadn't printed anything. After contacting customer service, they eventually sent me another link to print the coupon. First time that happened to me, but after many emails, it was eventually straightened out. I redeemed more points on January 24, 2020 for the $3.00 coupon again and the same thing happened. No coupon came up, and just the bottom of the webpage came up of their site menu. No option to print a coupon. I immediately contacted customer service and they said that the link was clicked on multiple times, so there was nothing they could do. After 21 days, they sent me a bogus link to finally print a coupon out of a "one time courtesy". Guess what? There was only the page came up that said I printed my limit and they claim I clicked on it multiple times! I have no coupon now am they will not even give me back my reward points either. After all these years as a loyal customer that buys a lot of cat litter for 3 cats, I will not be buying Freshstep anymore. Their customer service is terrible and all they had to do was send me a coupon. I was taken for 325 points (1 box of litter is 45 points when you are entering codes for the points to go into your account) and still have no coupon that was due me. Do not join PawPoints, it is now just a scam to get you to buy their products and lure you I to thinking that you can redeem for rewards of your choice, but they do not deliver the rewards!!!
