Oh how I wish I'd done my homework before I parted with R23 000 of my hard earned cash! I should have smelt a rat when I was told You still have live hair follicles but you must act NOW! (this was established by glancing at my head from across a table). Followed by a few pressured emails. And YES you can claim on Medical Aid (rubbish) and YES we guarantee results (couldnt be bothered to challenge them on it). Once I had parted with my money, a few arbitary photos were taken of my scalp and then for the ENTIRE year of treatment NOT ONE single person looked at my head. EVER. I followed the instructions to the letter and had very little if any hair re-growth (I relied on my hairdresser to monitor this for me). I do not know how these people have managed to stay in business as long as they have. Do NOT fall for their sales pitch - it does not work. Alison
