I scheduled a payment on December 11th 2019 to be taken out of my account on December 27th of 2019 based upon the arrangement I had with veros credit on Dec 11th 2019 to come out of my bank account on December 27th after that woman told me not to worry about it that she was going to extend my due date out for me and that I would be fine now I have no vehicle and they want three different amounts they want to collect from me they don't even know how much. So again I called on December 11th talk to veros credit talk to a supervisor who told me don't worry about it we're going to move your payment out to the 27th of December we'll just draft it. automatically she had it scheduled and everything to come out and it came out just like she said don't worry. We're not going to repossess your truck unless you default on the 12/27/19 payment arrangement. I even offered to make the payment on the truck on December 11th and then just put out the date to pick up the truck when I had the other 500 for the deductible he didn't take the payments so don't worry about it we're moving it out the 27th you'll be fine and I offered to make a payment on December 11th if I was at risk for a repo. She responded by telling me don't worry we can push it out to the 27th of December it'll come out automatically and we won't repossess your truck. Well they turned around and repossed my truck on December 22nd and still took the payment on December 27th they're Crooks..
