Purchased trans. had to purchase new valve body and conductor plate. Trans had no second and 3rd gears. received another, did not work, received 3rd trans. worked after another valve body and conductor plate. 7 months without car. purchased 3 year coverage. 3 months after job finally completed still no refund & was told needed additional paperwork. Second nightmare with same problem & results. Icing on cake, being taxed and added income for tax purposes. Extremely upset.
