This company does NOT pay off claims. You get the run around with "we need more paper work, your doctor needs to sign this or that. No matter how much you give them; they want for more. They do not return calls; and when they do, they can be insulting or rude! Most times, the claims person is 'out of the office" or "not available". This company is NOT Reliable, they are UNRELIABLE. Well, they are certainly available to collect the money for the insurance! It has been over 2 months and still no check. I depending on this check! I had ankle surgery, and can not work! If I knew what I know now about this company, I NEVER would have signed up for it!! We are now looking for a lawyer who will start a class action law suit...
