I purchased the Lance top of the line 11' camper..over 40k. Had a accident and have waited over 3 months for parts. Called 7 times. Told 3 times parts were being shipped.. I prepaid my order and still I have no0 parts. When I purchase a top of the line product I have a right to expect quality service..not so with Lance..stay away!!!!
