I have tried numerous times to get in contact with their Learner Affairs team to determine the status of a conduct referral, and they refuse to interact with me whatsoever. I am left in the dark as to whether I can continue in my program (only six months away from the degree) or if I need to apply to another school. When things go right, they support you. But when they believe you wronged them, they will not help you at all. They have no problem taking five years worth of my money, but have a problem spending five minutes to address my concerns.
