I went to Valvoline Express Care in District Heights, MD for an oil change next day had to have vehicle towed to dealership. They put wrong oil filter in my vehicle and blew my engine. General Manager and Owner not willing to take responsibility for damage. I have contacted BBB, Federal Trade Commission, 7 on your side and will continue to contact anyone who will listen. My mission is to have them take responsibility for the damage and do what is morally right as a business. This incident is currently being investigated.
