First time ever using Jackson Hewitt and I will never use them again nor refer them to any one else.I have been trying to get a mistake they made on my account for months now so after not doing my taxes correct and it wa almost 5,000 that was not included in the first round of the service I had to drive 30 mins one way to get amended filed and at that time was told it could not be electronically filed now its been since February and I have to meet up with a representative to have it electronically filed tommorrow when I wasnt User's recommendation: Never.
