I want people to be aware when buying from these TV shopping networks that offer the two for one deal as I did, to know that should the first one last more than 12 months then stops working and you go to use the other item and it doesn't work it's just too bad cause your 12 month warranty has gone. I bought the hair by nu-brilliance 2 for 1 deal, one lasted nearly 2 years, then I opened the second one still in the box, the light came on but wouldn't work. When I emailed customer service, just too bad cause it's out of warranty even though it's still in the box. DO NOT BUY 2-1 unless you are giving it away. Seriously when you are a loyal customer for years this stinks. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY. User's recommendation: I will never recommend this company again.
