Original review updated by user May 03, 2021 I have been a devoted customer for over 40 years. I purchased a pair of loafers and a pair of boat shoes. That was over 6 weeks ago. I elected to go directly through the company to avoid a middle person. After 4 weeks I received the loafers, but I am still waiting for the boat shoes. I contacted them and they told me they are doing inventory. (for 6 weeks) User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you want your shoes quickly. The customer service experience has been a disaster with now real explanation. they posted on he website that the delay in shipping is 7-10 days. It appears it is 7-10 WEEKS. In this day and age it forces you to the third party vendors. The shoes were $150.00 and at that price you should be able to get an explanation.
