Update by user Apr 02, 2021 Twice they have "invited" me to call them to review my account. I told them via email that I am unable to make personal, lengthy calls during work hours as I am a nurse. Both times I replied with this I did not hear back from them! I have just noticed they have charged my account AGAIN, TWICE, for the same tracks. Original review posted by user Apr 02, 2021 I ordered a subscription item back in November of 2020 and have yet to receive the set. However my account continued to be debited. I emailed customer service on multiple occasions, and received the same scripted responses. My request was simple; I asked them to check my account regarding what they had charged me for against what was actually shipped to me. Twice they simply stopped communicating with me which I take as a refusal to comply with my request. User's recommendation: Do not order any subscription items, ie items which come in a series.
