I am a security guard in Jo'burg who on the 18 match 2022 after I got paid I went out shopping for my son ( who is 5year, 4four months old) I bought a used iPad sacrificing my plans to buy him a tablet mainly for educational purposes with the view to assist him to develop himself academically and stimulate him as a brain teaser. I bought an iPad at Elloff street cash crusaders. I bought iPad "7" for a sum of R999. I spent over 1gigabytes of data trying to download educational apps and upgrade system and realized no success. On the 18 I went to Alberton where I found a sales rep by the name of Butho who explained that cash crusaders is a franchise and cannot exchange for me since its owned by different people and I that having bought the gadget from a different CASH CRUSADERS SHOP. There at CASH CRUSADERS I bought a Dixon tablet "11" for R1499 which I hoped to get my refund in Johannesburg cash crusaders. To my surprise when I got there I experienced same thing most retail do playing people for puppets failing their obligation of customer service, everyone got excited to see a dissatisfied customer. The receipt says refund and exchange can only take place within 7days which I presented their gadget with 2days but there I got send from pillar to the other post to a point I cave in and just left the gadget I bought since they refused through futile and nonsensical reasoning. There the manager in charge, I assume it's Tshidiso who felt on top of the world in an attempt to prove a point telling he used an iPhone for over 20 odd Years. I just told them I do not need it anymore as I could not use it for the lack of capacity and system thereof. Ultimately there was somewhat a foreign national who wanted to get physical with me. Their treatment is so exceptionally bad and it was obviously clear that customer service comes last and their money first. Cash crusaders staff at 111 Arcade building forget that it is through customers that they make a living. No customers, no salary expectancy. Claim: NO REFUNDS AT CASH CRUSADERS IN JOHANNESBURG ELLOFF STREET 111 Arcade building. I have resorted to lodge a complaint at the Consumer Protection first thing monday morning the 21st match 2022.
