Dissatisfied with Breville policy !

Recently decided to buy online from Breville website, and ordered 2 items from parts and accessories. Bad never experienced with buying online. No return will be acceptable. Really? This is Breville, a leader of manufacturing kitchen appliances ? I spent thousands on your product until this very bad experience. PS Please advance my revie to upper management.
