Dissatisfied disabled brand loyal customer gets no resolution to complaint

No help at all . Been jumping through hoops bounced from department to department from purchase and it is 6 months later!! all i get are delays, inconsistent information so that Google could get away with sending me a defective pixel 4a phone at full price and then getting me to activate it on their fi network paid only through their gpay app so i could also sign up for google one storage as well. What a racket! Customer service is horrible at actually resolving anything because all agents are independently contracted remotely and have no real access or authority to review customer's history or complaints thoroughly. Im now stuck with a broken second rate phone without service that i already prepaid for. Will never buy from google again. At least with Apple i can get a live person! Thanks for nothing Google! No refund, no exchange, no replacement, no service Awful!! User's recommendation: Buy Apple or other Android! Don't even waste your time. Customer support sucks!!
