Dissatisfied customer on how my issue was addressed and not resolved.

Camera would not recharge - very hard to reach anyone to talk with - don't waste time will callbacks from Arlo support - they are very unreliable. They tried but problem NEVER resolved. I do not and will not recommend ARLO products or support to anyone. Had over 10 cases opened and closed unsuccessfuly! User's recommendation: Do not buy ARLO products and if you do, you will not be happy with customer support.
