Original review updated by user Jun 29, 2021 Sales person "forgot" to mention I had a very narrow time window for the "no regrets" return (even though I asked 3 times if there would be any problem returning if I found it didn't work for me). I went back to return and was told I'd missed the window. T-mobile then told me I had no recourse but to continue paying for something I couldn't use. I cancelled the service, but they told me I still had to pay for the hardware. Months later they are still charging me for hardware + service and when I call to try and resolve they say they can't verify who I am without my Pin, which I can't remember I keep calling to reach a supervisor who is always busy and will call me back, but never does. User's recommendation: Avoid doing business with them - they are slimy and will hook you with reassurances and then gut you.
