Dissatisfied and disappointed customer service

I went to this AGIO application and found it interesting but never thought they are a trap under the ageis of a reputed brand they don't value consumer and their feedbacks I got to get a prepaid order and the shirt was delivered to some other person instead of me . Giving information on the mail they didn't connect and they don't connect on phone too they are the most inactive representative I have ever experienced . Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with AGIO application User's recommendation: Please don't fall for them they catch prey .
