I used root touch-up for the first time, waiting three times longer than the prescribed time for good measure. I followed all the instructions carefully. It made not the slightest bit of difference and the part and around the temples were exactly the same after rinsing the product out as they'd been before I began. I feel I wasted money and time. However I have used Nice and Easy with success. User's recommendation: Don't bother buying it.
