Dissatisfaction ready for litigation

I have been trying to get service on my dish for 10 weeks to no avail. I'm put on hold for hours and no resolution achieved. I'm ready to initiate a class action law suit. They charge me a $10 monthly fee for easy care for support yet I cannot get any. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. User's recommendation: Do not use Viasat!
