dissatisfaction at tata motor service

Proper response was not given by the dealer at the time of delivery of my car. air filter indicator was found broken which was later not repaired and when I found the same I was told that it was broken when I gave my car for service. if it was broken then it shuold have been informed when the job card was getting prepared but it was not done.. secondly the service quality is also very poor at kamal motors a dealer of tata at jaipur. prior to this I have also come across some other customers which have complained that the engine oil also has not been changed even after the customer has paid for it. all these things are creating a big dent to the image of tata motors in jaipur. please resolve my complaint utrgently.
