Disrespectful Manager

Manager was disrespectful to me after I said it wasnt my fault my number wasn't updated for me to receive a expedite card. She responded it's not ours either. I have been waiting since August 8 for a new debit card. A supervisor said my new debit card was shipped on April 12th. Today is May 3 2021 I still didn't receive a card. I requested for my card to be expedited today. Agent supervisor said I couldn't receive it because my number isn't in the system. I will close this account Tommorw morning.. User's recommendation: If replacement debit card doesn't arrive within 5 to 7 business days, close your account.
