Disrespected

I’m buying 4 tires at a cost of over a 1,000 dollars and the sales person answers the phone and talks for 5 minutes while I wait. U would think that a company focused on customer service (that’s what they say anyway) would Walt on a paying customer instead of someone that may buy!!! Totally disrespectful. Will now shop there again! ***
