Disrespect for good customers

After more than three years of banking, two accounts, two CDs, and two loans, branch vice president Beth Waters showed me grave disrespect, ignoring me and only speaking to my wife, when my wife was not even authorized to discuss my account! She refused to offer me overdraft protection when i had more than 7000.00 in the bank! She knew absolutely nothing about their banking policies and referred me to another employee who know even less! Incompetence at its finest!!!
