I was at the register for check out and asked the cashier to place boxes of italian ice together into a bag. She does. I notices she throws in 3 small packages of ice cream on top. I ask her can she place the ice cream into another bag seperate so it will not smash. She looks at me as though im asking to much. Immediately, i get upset and tell her about proper customer service. She tells me im not her daddy and she doesnt have to serve me. She immediately rejects my transaction and places the items i intended to buy behind her. She thereafter tells me to leave the storetleave the store. Then she calls thethe cop User's recommendation: I was so embarrassed and upset because i wasted time and energy coming to this store. Dollar Tree always has great customer service except this one. Please handle this. I left with no items and im greatly respected into any Dollar Tree. She told me herself to call corporate, she didnt care. She was very nonchalant. She doesnt have the right customer service or character for the company. I felt like i didnt want to shop her again until she is removed. My recommendation is to go to another store until she is removed. I was at the Dollar Tree located on Ellis Avenue in Jackson, MS 39209.
