I have a Costco Citi Visa Card. I submitted a dispute against a merchant, expecting Citi Card to make a decision after weighing the evidence presented, the way American Express did. The Citi Card Dispute Dept. is a worthless hoax. They wasted 2.5 months of my time presenting my case, only to come back with: The merchant will not honor our request for credit based on the information you provided us. If you have a dispute with a merchant, go directly to Small Claims Court. Go User's recommendation: Don't use Citi Card Dispute Dept.
