This company offers a good price for all that you get in the way of phone service. Unfortunately, the quality is lacking. Poor phone, poor store service and poor customer service. My phone service was out 3 different times within a month and they offered a $5.00 credit. To get it I had to call back 4 times at 40 minutes to an hour at a time as the calls are routed to Honduras and they obviously do not know where the save button is, because I had to explain the situation every time I called in. Long holds on customer service. If you aren't a patient person this may not be for you.
