I ordered a toy from Disney Store as a birthday present for my child and they charged my card right away. Time passed and there was no information about my order. Besides, they didn't even give me a payment confirmation and I didn't receive a tracking number. I was not able to contact customer service no matter how many times I tried. Then I went online and tried to find some additional contacts but instead of that I found all these reviews. I lost my hope and it looks like I was scammed as many others. Disney Store is a bad site, please don't buy from them!
