Since new this unit has not been impressive. My wife says it does not wash well. It has a design issue with the valve for steam venting on dry cycle that reoccurs regularly and I have to take it apart to clean it or water on the floor. First time it was less than a year old and they found a technician who would come and look at it. Not factory trained so the support given to him over the phone by samsung was pathetic. We finally figured out the problem ourselves and as I am mechanic I can fix it myself otherwise you need a technician every few months. Now that unit is about three years old the fan for the dryer is whining. I took it apart and bench tested it with no noise but as soon as it is in the machine it is noisy. Pity the customer who has to pay a technician two service calls to replace this unit.
