Dishonorable sales approach

This dealership is not reliable. True story. We were promised a complete refund that includes that $100.00 dealer fee. The complete refund was promised because we were not keen on making a bid. We simply did not see any car that took our hearts away. So they insisted that we gave the auction a try and not WASTE their TIME. The dealer (contact no. with 448) reasoned that they have spend time to view cars with us and so we should at least give the auction a try. So a deal to have a COMPLETE refund that included the $100.00 dealer fee was set. And now, the dealer is backing down on his word with tons of excuses. I fully understand why SO MANY people advise me against such companies. IF ONLY I HAD LISTENED! Since this is the MORALS and PRINCIPLES of the company, I advise anyone to either reconsider or proceed with EXTREME caution. A $100.00 per person is a lot of money. Be it fraud or scam, the fact that it is a broken promise and cheating shows just how reliable and honorable that dealer is. It speaks louder that the company does not care or bother about their customers. I am Utterly DISAPPOINTED.
