I tried their 'Albatross free trial', decided it wasn't for me since I didn't actually have the time to use it and tried to cancel only to be informed that I could not, and had to pay an annual fee (£83!) . I explained that a free trial presupposes the option to cancel, as a tryout which is meant to help decide whether to take on a product should not 'lock' one into a contract. This is an extremely dishonest way of operating. My account was then blocked so I couldn't use their complaints procedure to complain about the auto-renewal and I have now been sent threatening letters about the account being passed on to a collection agency - the cheek! In my opinion, they are nothing but scammers. Avoid at all costs.
