Disgusting staff with don’t care attitude to customers
I booked via booking.com and got a confirmation that the room is available and i was charged. When I landed in Rome and went to the hotel address given, it did not look like a hotel address. When I called the number, the person who picked up said he would send a person but no one turned up even after 5 mins. I called again and he informed that someone would come but no one turned up even after 10 to 15 minutes. So, i began to feel that we are cheated and started to look for alternate hotels and got another hotel after an hour. So, I cancelled the booking since I did not receive any call even after an hour. I requested Booking.com and the hotel to return my amount as they failed to provide me an accommodation. Booking.com seemed cooperative initially to resolve the issue but one of their representative Moustafa wrote me back saying that i wont get the refund. This is one of the worst hotel experiences that i had in my 15 days of tour in Europe. I really request anyone to stay away from this hotel and booking.com since both seem to work together well making money from the customers without providing any real service.
