Appaling. Customer service was useless too. Paid for next day delivery, lady when I ordered said it will be there the next day. Cistern and waste pipe delivered.... but NO toilet/sink/vanity unit. We now have no toilet for atleast another day, the company are saying it's in stock but wasnt sent out. Cant give me a reason why. And CANNOT even guarantee a delivery tomorrow. I had to ask for compensation, was then offered delivery refunded. Never mind my plumber booked in for today I still have to pay!
