without doubt we were in the wrong to the tune of £3700 late payment, (due to a theft of cash from our account)however they deemed it necesary to put security alert on all our stock from nextgear,without informing there own staff. they also came and took all the keys and reg documents,after waiting days for finance clearance it seems they were the company who put the alert on stopping us several sales.after we had paid the outstanding balance, we were told they had no one to check the bank!!.they retained the keys and documents, rendering the stock useless.
