I was a big lover of Communauto: what a great way to use a vehicle and lower the environmental impact. In the last 1.5 years they have degraded to the point of unusability. Their cars are dirty and they smell, you can't get through to anyone in under an hour, and the car availability is laughable on the weekends. It was a shining star that lost its way. User's recommendation: Beware.
