I didn't order the 2020 Annual, and I am disgusted that you have sent me an invoice and 5th notice to pay $32.21. I have requested that you take me off your list. I'm 73 and vegan, and although I enjoyed your services for many decades, I no longer can afford extras nor do I want to pay for ideas that aren't vegan. The complaint is that I didn't request the book, but I put your check in the mail because I dont want my credit ruined. If I get an unsolicited book from you again, I will alert various private and public consumer groups.
