They advertise their motto as "Immer Besser" translated to Forever Better. It's crap, they cut corners like everyone else and their products are expensive but don't last any longer. I had a problem with my 8 year old cooktop, it took two weeks to get someone to my house then another two weeks to order parts. So I'm without a functioning cooktop for a month. If you have a problem they never have parts and their service is SUPER SLOW and SUPER EXPENSIVE. To repair my 8 year old cook top $1,700. They won't post a negative review on their site because they like their FAKE REALITY! Stay away, STAY AWAY from MIELE! They are *** if you have a problem, the worst customer service and repair service, the worst appliance mistake of my life. User's recommendation: Buy ANYTHING else except MIELE! I would rate then zero stars if I could.
