So I am a collections administrator so I understand the tactics that are used however I have never felt as belittled by somebody or a company in my life. The one persons name I can remember is Bianca.. she threatened to send me to jail over an unpaid council tax bill.. my partner lost his job and we were down to a one income household with no benefits. These animals didn’t care that if I paid them there requested amount I had no money to feed my family. They don’t care about your circumstances they just want your money which they got! The payment plan options are utterly disgraceful. When I spoke to Bianca she reduced me to absolute tears - nothing like this normally bothers me I must add! There ethics and morals are down right dire and they need to think more of any vulnerability’s a customer may have!! I didn’t ever raise or point out their failings but after watching killed by my debt .. this could easily be anybody these *** animals speak too. I understand debts are debts and require payment.. I do it everyday for customers but I would NEVER treat a customer as bad as they treated me. Heartless, ugly, money snatching company. Definitely do not recommend them at all, worst debt collection company known to man! There should be limits to the charges they can apply to somebody’s original debt.
