Update by user Apr 29, 2021 I was left on hold for over 15 minutes waiting to talk to a manager, apparently there are no manager's at Ally Auto Financial who are able to help their customers. I need to get an Attorney so I can get this problem resolved ASAP. Original review posted by user Apr 29, 2021 They are saying I'm 33 payments late, I was 1 payment late 4 years ago, because of their screw up. I have tried over and over to speak to someone and just keep getting.....I'm so sorry ma'am, I'm so sick of this, now I have been on hold for 15 mins because I was transferred to a manager.
