Discuss previus rental

Yes I called them about a week ago trying to see what happened to me being on a do not rental list for something that I didn't know about and never received a call from them yet, so I'm very curious about what's going on because I was never late turning in a vehicle I never damaged any vehicle, so I want to know what's going on with all this I have done called them numerous times but still no success

》 The first car i had the blinker didnt work ,,,was dirty but they did say it was because cold weather then I went back they told me to call when I was on the way so they would have another car for me .
