Discruntled consumer

I have purchased two Primo 5 gal water containers from Walmart in Whitinsville Ma. and they charge $5.00 extra for the container toward a future purchase, only problem is, it is constantly out of stock so you can never get your $10.00 back because Walmart does not honor the rebate, only Primo does. Primo is a completely unreliable vendor and should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST.... 7/6/2019
