Discrimination cause being elderly and disabled

been calling for two days cause of line ripped down from pole. Have no service. I have LIFE LOCK and been told many times they would get someone out to fix. Line hanging from pole across driveway. Feel being discriminated against cause 85 years old and disabled. Been lied to by customer service since Tuesday 6 pm till now. Need LIFE LOCK and no more excuses. Oncor has fixed their lines and suddenlink is discrimination me cause of age. Been without service since Tuesday and its now Thursday. Seems suddenlink does not help elderly or disabled
