They keep delaying the loan and loosing paper work. They show apathy and lack of respect to their customers. No one should apply for loans. Some loan agents are not respectful for people of color. We need loan-agency for people of color to defend their rights and help them to have fair rates. User's recommendation: Some people need to be fired and other agents to be retrained to be sensitive to their customers.
