Discrimination and awful customer service

Update by user Feb 26, 2021 they refuse to send me new warranty they told me to take pictures and a video and they will send now they will not do not buy here Original review posted by user Jan 27, 2021 I have a case where the light sometimes does not work they said take a picture, and they will send new one warranty for 1 year bought straight from them and then now she is saying I have to send in so feel its discrimination User's recommendation: DO NOT RECOMMEND DOES NOT STAND BY PRODUCT.
