I cancelled my cover with Discovery a few months ago and was told that the savings would be paid out on the 17 June. Only after I had called to find out what was happening. Still no pay out. When I call the line either goes dead or I get a very lovely consultant talk to me and then transfer my call to... somewhere... and then the call goes dead. Please help.
