I received an email from Panera offering 50% off soups for earth day only. I took my elderly mother there because she loves the chicken wild rice soup. She ordered 2 bowls and I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. He said he had no way to enter our 50% off. Not very happy with an offer that can't be honored. This occurred at the McDonough Ga Panera on 4/22/21. Receipts read the time as 4:52pm. We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Very slow service every time I visit. I am a rewards member.
