Discount didn’t go on my order I just ordered.

I added my email at the beginning of my order when I first logged on to your site. I thought it said my discount would be automatically applied. I picked my products, paid for them at check out and then logged out. I then went into my emails to check on other correspondences and saw I had an email from you saying I had to apply a code at check out. This was a surprise to me. Please apply my discount to my order I just placed. It was not clear at all to me that I was supposed to do this. Thank you. As far as the survey below, I usually buy your products from a health food store. I love them. They ran out though and so I went directly to your company. I dont know your company service well enough to rate but I am required to so Im sure my scores will rise to all 5 stars if my issue is resolved promptly. Thank you.
