Disconnected in first 5 minutes with CSR after holding for 50 minutes

Called in to talk with CSR re: 2019 commercial acct billing that was transferred 7/2021 to an active acct. Sat on hold for just under 50 minutes, being connecting with CSR. CSR was very professional; immediately apologized for the long hold time. She pulled up the account, ran a quick tally and agreed there was an error - and then our call was disconnected. I don't have another hour to wait on hold. User's recommendation: Choose another energy provider-an hour hold time is not reasonable in any business.
