This pillow goes flat CONSTANTLY. Even after washing and drying it. Anyone who has a top loader washer will find that washing this thing is a nightmare! You literally have to squeeze the water out during the rinse cycles, or it can damage the washing machine. I had such high hopes for this product, but I am completely disappointed. I bought the Medium fill, I probably should have tried the firm. User's recommendation: This is an over-priced, defective product, don't waste your money.
